Return Policy
We hope you fall in love with your order. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to register a return.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. The return window starts from the delivery confirmation shown by the carrier’s tracking system.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only when required by applicable consumer law. In all other cases, including returns accepted as a goodwill gesture, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
All shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, and heavy item fees are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition: unworn, clean, unwashed, and free from perfumes, strong odours (such as smoke), cosmetic marks, deodorant, or pet hair.

All tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Devil Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in resalable condition. This includes items showing signs of wear, damage, odour, or improper handling. Wardrobing returns are strictly forbidden.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped within 5 calendar days of approval. Late returns will be refused.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the terms above.
Please note that initiating a chargeback may significantly delay the return and refund process.
Multi-Item Purchases & Promotional Offers
Partial returns may result in the removal of promotional benefits, including discounts, free shipping, or multi-buy offers such as BOGO.
If a partial return is made, the refund will be recalculated based on the items kept, and any promotional advantages originally applied will be removed. For example, if free shipping was granted due to purchasing multiple items and one item is returned, shipping fees for a single item may be deducted from the refund.
An exception may apply if the customer agrees to receive store credit instead.
If all items from a promotional or multi-buy offer are returned, the refund will reflect the full promotional value originally paid.
Delivery Expectations
For standard orders with free delivery, please allow 10–15 days for delivery. Shipping times are handled by third-party carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
If your order has not shipped within 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Once an order has shipped, delivery delays are outside of our control and cannot be accepted as a reason for return.
Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of unusual or suspicious activity, including excessive return rates, repeated claims, or patterns that indicate abuse of the policy.
